Payment must be made in full upfront for all one-day courses. 
Deposits of 50% are required to book your space for all other floral courses. The 50% balance of those payments must then be paid 5 business days prior to the start of the course.  Your booking will only be held once your POP is emailed to coral@coraleesflorist.co.za or your payment is received through the website. 

If you cancel your booking due to illness within 48 hours prior to the session date, you will be given a 50% refund for that session. If we can fill the spot from a waiting list, a further 40% will be paid back to you. The remaining 10% will be held by us for administration fees. 

If you cancel your booking for any other reason, it must be done within 5 business days prior to the course date. In this instance you will be given a 50% refund. Cancellations made with less than 7 business days’ notice will be given no refund.  A minimum of 2 booked participants are required for any session/course to proceed. 

Should you wish to have a private class, an additional fee of 15% of the value will be added on.  Should the class be cancelled for any other reason by Coralee’s Florist a full refund will be given to you for payments made upon booking unless you can reschedule your date to suit either party.
